How Long Does It Take...

... for a spider to find a nice right-angle triangle somewhere to build a web?

Always a right angle triangle, they won't settle for less. Humans just seem to go "LAND! UG OOG! BUILD!". Spiders are far too picky for that bollocks, but how long do they actually spend picking a spot? They're not that big and can't travel too far too quickly, but they always need that *perfect* place.

Because spiders are AWESOME and REALLY intelligent! I mean, we all hate flies, they're annoying, they fly into glass, they eat shit etc etc. But we just complain about them (or buy not-tested-on-animals Fly Killer).

Spiders, on the other hand, are pro-active. They say "That buzzing is REALLY pissing me off, I know! I'll spin this web and catch them!".

Humans are stupid in comparison.

When you spray them with fly killer you can't eat them... Spiders have found an energy source out of something that was previously VERY annoying!

They're always in right angles in my house: ceilings, windows, the washing line...

What's a washing line doing in your house?

Obviously that's in my garden, prick :P.

Maybe I should have said "On my land spiders only make webs with places in right-angle triangles", for you picky bastards.

Maybe the species of fly is different in her house. That special type of right-angle corner flying avoid-large-open-spaces sort of fly.

I get the feeling you're not taking this seriously...
